TheXanthine/HypoxanthineAssayKitisahighlysensitiveassayfordeterminingxanthine/hypoxanthinelevels(rangingfrom4-20nmole/wellforthecolorimetricassayand40-200pmole/wellforthefluorometricassay)inavarietyofbiologicalsamples.Xanthine/hypoxanthineconcentrationisdeterminedbyanenzymaticassay,whichresultsinacolorimetric(570nm)orfluorometric(λex=535/λem=587nm)product,proportionaltothexanthine/hypoxanthinepresent.
