Application
3-Hydroxybenzaldehyde azine may be used for kinetic photometric determination, in differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry (DPASV) and potentiometry, done for determination of copper species in wine. It may also be used as an ionophore, during the development of an highly selective and sensitive PVC membrane sensor, which can be used as a Tb3+ ion selective electrode.
