Preparation Note
This PT sample is suitable for the analysis of total phenolics and TOX in soil by colorimetric methods. This PT sample is sterilized.
The sample must be stored at 4º C.
Sample Preparation
The sample is ready to use.
Extract using your normal procedure. The extract may require further dilution to fall within your normal calibration range.
A series of dilution is recommended.
Analyze for total phenolics or TOX by USEPA methods.
This sample is not suitable for GC analysis.
Determine the moisture content and report on a dry weight basis.
