Preparation Note
The PT is provided as a 30g soil sample containing acid soluble cyanide. The PT has been sterilized. Please note the sample format has changed
Sample Preparation
The soil is to be extracted and analyzed using appropriate methods for acid soluble cyanide. Cyanide is temperature and light sensitive. Minimize contact to these conditions. The sample has been buffered to stabilize cyanide. Some methods may require a pH adjustment to 7 prior to analysis. On the report form, please list the determinative technique used for analysis of this sample. Screening Instructions: Screen sample according to your normal method. Report as a “<” or “>” and your screen concentration on the report
